I've been the mom wondering why breastfeeding wasn't working, too.

I know how exhausting and overwhelming breastfeeding challenges can be.

When you're feeding your baby around the clock, dealing with pain, or wondering whether your baby is

getting enough milk, it's hard to know what's normal and what to do next.

I'm a mother of three, including twins, and my own breastfeeding experiences helped inspire me to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

As an IBCLC, I provide evidence-based lactation care, combining clinical knowledge and the latest research with individualized support for you and your baby. The IBCLC credential is an internationally recognized professional certification in lactation care, reflecting specialized education, clinical training, and ongoing professional development.

Whether you're struggling with pain, latch difficulties, milk supply, a baby who seems to nurse constantly, or simply feeling unsure about feeding, we'll work together to understand what's happening and develop a practical plan based on your baby's needs, your goals, and the available evidence.
