My name is Shiry, I have a daughter and twin boys.
I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant

I had all kinds of breastfeeding issues with my first daughter, from pain to engorgement and sleepless nights.
A lactation consultant came to visit us when she was a few days old and changed our breastfeeding experience completely.
4 years later, I found out I'm pregnant with twins, I knew I want to breastfeed them since I already fell in love with breastfeeding. I learned all about breastfeeding twins during my pregnancy, when they came a bit early we faced some obstacles, but we were able to overcome them and it was the most amazing experience!

I support moms during their breastfeeding journey and help them get to their breastfeeding goals, their way.
I'm creative, resourceful and will support you all the way.

Lactation Consult
I do home visits in Bergen and Hudson county in NJ, and
Rockland county in NY
A home visit is a 90 minute session in the comfort of your home.
In this session we will talk about all your breastfeeding concerns and will start the process of reaching your breastfeeding goals.
Prenatal Classes
A class for expectant mothers during their last trimester.
In this class you will learn everything there is to know about breastfeeding your baby

Mothers' Group
Groups for mothers and their babies, to share, support and just be with each other.
I'll be at SOHA Pediatrics Harlem for a breastfeeding support group, located at 163 st. Nicholas Ave. NYC

I am an in-network provider with Aetna. For most plans, Aetna covers up to six lactation home visits, I encourage you to check with your providerCommute fee will be added to home visits outside of my service area
